What is the Brute Force Beginner's Strength System?
It is a foundational strength building system. I designed it to build a broad, well balanced strength base. I put it together with new lifters in mind, but experienced lifters may find it effective at rebuilding their strength foundation as well. I include tools and templates I have found useful over the years to plan and track training quite effectively.
I've been lifting, competing in powerlifting and coaching for over 30 years. My system has strong roots in powerlifting, but you don't have to be a powerlifter to benefit from it. I spent a lot of years honing my approach to training and developing repeatable processes that I've used to coach lifters at all experience levels. I draw on well tested structures from legacy training approaches and fold in newer flexible methodologies.
